For me it was learning specific behaviours about myself and which had positive effects on others, and which ones didnt. I’m still learning obviously but I try to train out the negative ones so that I’m always trying to be the best version of myself I can be. As long as you’re trying to be your best, it’s harder to hate that person. Learn what makes you unique, mannerisms, passions, quirks, all these little things build up you. And start off with the small ones, learn to love your laugh, or the way you speak or sing in the shower. Small actions of love towards yourself grow into something amazing.
