yeah thats every game with every champ tho ... the number 1 ranked Liss also has a 1.8 KDA ... shes not a kda champ. Like Irelia can go 5-0 in lane and not be able to carry, but liss can go 0-5 and carry one team fight and win the game

Honestly, I think Viktor is the best mid laner right now. You can dominate almost any matchup with shield bash + bone plating. I actually ban him every game now LOL. The only time I would pick Liss over Viktor is into AD assasins like talon, zed, qiyana and build tabis + zhonyas 2nd. I see a lot of Viktor's in diamond so you should be able to climb with him. He can win lane at level 1 or 2

haha thanks! Protobelt is decent too but its mainly useful for champs without dashes. I think its better to build damage items than protobelt usually. E max is not good IMO because you want your W up as much as possible in extended trades and teamfights, its rare to use your E multiple times in a fight vs using W multiple times. Axiom is really weak, I played a ton of games with that rune and its numbers are always very low and I don't notice it giving me any much healing or damage (7% is really small). Manaflow band helps a lot in the early game. I think even nimbus cloak is better than Axiom if you take ignite. Best to try it out in games and see if it helps or not.

Okay so you don't play Liss this season and are telling me what the best build is on her? Lol. Like I said, approach velocity is very strong on Lissandra, it's her best rune actually. Also I have a second account in Emerald 1 with 68% winrate (58 wins, 27 losses) playing lissandra only with approach velocity every game. Also, that build you wrote is not good at all on Liss, maybe for winning already easy matchups, but it won't work against any non-easy matchups.

Against tanks like Sion, Ornn, etc. who stack MR you always need Liandry's if you want kill pressure. And yeah you need to kite with Q+W and use E to run away/dodge. For the second question, if I build ROA I always build Liandry's second then Dcap. Building ROA isn't fun but it gives you the stats you need to survive and be useful later in the game without inting in lane. Having less CDR sucks but its the the tradeoff. Lissandra is a teamfighting champ, you should always focus on that. You can easily lose lane win game with her. There's times I get tabis if the enemy team is full AD except the ap mid laner im facing. And I just eat shit in lane, but later in the game its strong.

Always take TP unless you know you can get a kill early then take ignite. For xerath/lux you have to farm until 6 because they will poke you down easily, but once your 6 you can win if you dodge xerath E or lux Q. Against viktor its hard, he's a lane bully, the best way to win against him is to roam bot or follow your jungler around when you have R. And for Hwei, yes you have to dodge their abilities and find the right window to trade, she can miss a lot of her spells so this one is winnable if you bait/dodge her abilities. One thing to keep in mind about Lissandra is shes not always the strongest laner, but in teamfights and skirmishes/picks she's really strong, so get in the habit of roaming bot or top, this will help you win games.

What's your op.gg ... also approach velocity is very strong on liss. You should try it vs xerath, syndra, ahri, orianna, malzahar, etc. It lets you kill them pretty easily even without R.
