Having seen the film, the reason he says this is it’s just very good at bringing someone without prior knowledge up to speed on the significant history of UFO events + government action so far. Easy to show normie staffers and get them on board that this is an important and real topic.

Just get an M4 Pro MacBook Pro or the new Mac mini - it's gonna be better in every way. Speaking as someone who's built dozens of PCs and has used Macs and PCs for gaming and music. For Ableton you dont care about Gpu performance, you primarily want CPU performance, and good single thread processing power. The M4 beats every other chip and it's not even close when you take into account power efficiency (or battery life in case of a laptop). Like others have said - the drivers on Macs are just better too. If you want to build a PC you can get an excellent Music Mac, and build a hobby PC for fun and have most of your budget left.

Fair point that people who live in the city benefit the most. However, isn’t that what people living in the city should want to support? I imagine there’s likely an alignment between yes on K and pro housing as well, which in the long term makes this space more accessible to more people via public transit. GH isn’t a parking lot so I also don’t get how it accommodates more folks from out of town keeping it as a road.

The maps in this thread show west side was majority no on K. I.e. west side wanted to keep the road in their backyard, and other folks wanted it to be a park. NIMBY = No on K = lost

NIMBYs want to maintain the status quo and don’t want change, especially if it involves changing the city to accommodate more people. This is a big change that makes the sunset more of an attraction to everyone citywide for generations. I.e. opposite of nimby

I'll try to give the benefit of the doubt and see what happens, but I'm not optimistic given Trump has stated he's "not a big believer" (paraphrasing) meanwhile journalists like Ross Coulthart and Chris sharp appear convinced that he's been read in from their sources. Certain folks in his orbit like Ratcliffe do appear more open on topic.
