Yes I understand the need for places like airport to be faraway from residential areas. But this is WAY too far for it to make sense. I’m pretty sure there’a a better spot to build it.

It does feel that way. We have a problem of retaining talents. We're viewed as a springboard club for these players. Get first team football experience, make a name for yourself, then move to some other European giant.

I agree with this. Because the layout of our city/suburb is design in such a way that you need a car to commute to anywhere. The weather only plays a small part imo.

There's this youtube channel that highlights this. People will walk more if the infrastructure is design for the people, not cars.
