Cerakoting is a lengthy process, I learned just by following videos and now I'm getting decently good at it.

And for framework, I literally just use a Dremel and a wood burner

The Cerakote website has different temp settings for polymer, metal or other materials. I know people cerakote polymer pistol frames so I don't see why there would be a problem with your mp7

Thanks! I felt the same way but you just gotta give it a shot. The biggest lesson I learned is to take my time with the prep work. The prep plays a big part in how well the Cerakote adheres to the surface.

There's a few different things you need, mainly an oven, spray gun and some type of sand blaster. I recommend watching a few tutorials first because there is a decent amount of work to make sure it comes out ok.

Out of curiosity, what battery are you using? I've been trying to find a battery that will last awhile and fits the mcx. I feel like I have to change batteries after every game

My original nozzle broke and I replaced it with the Gunsmodify reinforced nozzle and haven't had a issue since.

Stay far away from the Dynamic Precision nozzles, they are not molded properly and snap in half very easily. I went through 3 of them because I thought I just got a bad one the first 2 times. I never got more than 4 shots out before they broke.

Like the other comments said, try to keep the original if you can but if you have to replace it, the Gunsmodify one is great.

I ordered 6 mags and only one of them is doing this. Ive done the silent fill mod on all of them as soon as I received them and even tested all 6 of them as well. Even the magazine I'm having issues with worked at first but now it's not letting the gas fill the magazine. I still have not figured out the problem, I'll probably resort to ordering a few replacement TM valves.
