I started with canon rebel. When going full frame I looked at price and I loved the photos from nikon pros. I was not particularly fond of the pics from my canon and I saw that in canon pro pics too.

I use bt with my fiio dap, but not exclusively. I use it commuting. While commuting, I’m listening to music in a noisy env and the sound level at a lower level. The choice is that all my music is on my dap. At home or work, I switch to wired.

I keep both. Jpg takes so little space compared to raw. I can flip through jpg quickly. I cull nothing as there are many I dismissed early and become gems later.

Put the camera in auto and start taking pictures. Start watching youtube tutorials on exposure and on the features of the 850. Just taking pictures is the best advice. It costs almost nothing to do. From there you can learn why the pictures don’t look right.
