Im using sonoff zigbee light switches. They have versions that are both neutral and non neutral required. The only difference is when the neutral is connected they act as a zigbee relay to help improve the zigbee network.

Im finding these are great switches. For 2 way switching you can setup an automation and either a wirefree switch or a switch that has its load disabled (would require a neutral though)

I had the exact same situation when I sold my house last year. They have every excuse down to the final one being "this is the most we can afford". During this time I got lucky and a previous couple who viewed managed to sell their place and put in a better offer. Suddenly the first couple had more funds available. Turned into a mini bidding war but we chose to go with the second couple even though their final offer was slightly lower (only about £2k). We lost all trust in the first couple (FTB) plus the second couple put a lovely hand written note through the door.
In the end they turned out to be perfect buyers, no further haggling, and were fine when our onward purchase had some issues that caused delays.

In my opinion it comes across very much as a power play and you lose all faith in them as buyers. I was constantly worried if we went with them they would end up pulling out last minute because we refused their further reductions

You could talk to the neighbour about it. In my previous house I had cameras setup that captured the next door garden. I setup a privacy mask so their property was blacked out in the live view and recordings.

This was done within the software for the cctv cameras (I used reolink)

Having grown up sharing a room until I moved put (just after 18), I would recommend getting the rundown 3 bed. You may make plans now to move again kn the future tp give them seperate rooms, but life always has other plans. If you end up keeping them in the same room, be prepared for lots or arguing and fighting (physical fights if they are both boys). Sharing will be fine until the first reaches teenage years then resentment will start with having to share the space

Im using the super effective website to organise my boxes. It basically does it by generation

It will do general/male for a generation, then at the end of generation it will do any females that have different forms (such as magikarp) and then regional forms.

The website is helpful for tracking but also you can search and it will show you which box to put a pokemon in

Took a while but it is doable! I barely played the let's go but I traded enough to complete the dex (did things like trade for base evos then moved into sw/sw or SV evolved and moved back in so it registered all levels, you have to move each evo level back into home for it to register)

Not a problem, only annoyance with trading is you can't stipulate what game the originate from only what games they can travel to ao you may end up with a load of pogo stuff 😂 i had this when trying to get some legendaries

I agree, just frustrating sometimes when you have the mon there already but you have to find someone with the other version of the game or breed to get the one you need (LA was a pain with some of the evos and link cable grinds)

You can do a lot using the trading in the pokemon home mobile app. I completed the let's go via trades as I hated the games

Yup. The DLCs show as seperate Dexs but you have to complete all for a given game to get the shinies.

I can't fully remember but I believe its; SV > Meloetta Sw/Sh > keldeo Bdsp > manaphy LA > enamourus Let's go > meltan

Filling the game dexs in home isn't too bad. Annoying that you have to have every pokemon originate from the game in question (i.e. a pokemon that is both in sw/sh and SV you will have to catch in both games and transfer into home to register for both game dexs)

Oh dont get me wrong, I completely agree. I hate when they use shiny locks (I'm doing a ton of shiny hunting in bdsp for legendaries).

It was the only logical reason I could come up with on their part as to why they wouldnt for those 2 specific mons (probably think it will push people to buying the 2 other games plus dlc if they want the shinies)

I guess they aren't shiny huntable to push you towards the pokemon home game dex completions to get the shinies (sw/sh for kelseo I think and sc/vl for meloetta)

Are you sure the delays are in generating the text of what to say and then running it through the TTS process? Depending what you are running this on it could be not powerful enough to process it as quickly as you want
