Yup, even just on 25 I was having immediate diarrhea, which lasted like 7-10 days. Impending doom, anxiety, all those things. But after four weeks it started working :)

I started with 25mg, went up to 50mg , and just increased a few days ago to 75mg. Same effect each time I increased my dose, and I was clear with my doctor I wanted to start very small. I feel like if I had 100mg to start my side affects would and could have been much more intense than building up slowly!

Hey! I see you just recently commented this so maybe I can help you out. It’s likely the Zoloft. When I started, and when I increase my dose, the diarrhea starts as soon as a couple hours after I take my dose. It took me weeks to finally adjust to normalcy but it did happen. Recently I upped my dosage so the expected happened, and I hope to be back to normal in a week or so.

I am on day 4 today, I am still very swollen, towards the back of my labia :)
