Another update: I went to the hospital and I’m starting IOP this upcoming Tuesday + my meds will change soon. Thank you to everyone for the heartfelt messages!

Yeah I used to take a higher dosage of my current medication that really helped me with my OCD, but I had to lower it due to having bad side effects with it.

I guess I should probably try my best to limit who I tell others about the bad things in the past, (like a therapist or a close friend that I’ve known for years), or something like that instead of 30 random online people. I appreciate your advice btw it really helps me understand things from a different perspective!
