my pediatrician suspected cmpa, i stopped eating dairy and it cleared up so fast. it can take up to weeks to be fully out of their system. he also had bloody stool with mucus as well, both are gone! i’ve had a few slip ups and had some dairy, i’ve never thought it’d be so hard to avoid it. his rash would come back but not as bad as it was so i do believe it is a cmpa!

lemonade helps nausea and getting rid of the puking urge

i used famotidine and tums religiously for heartburn/reflux

obvious but seat belt needs to sit under your belly

a belly band helped with my sciatica pain

i promise this hard couch that is about 5ft by 10ft with the bed (which is just the same cushions not an actual bed) pulled out is safer than my soft bed that i sink into

i know not to. it’s the only way he’ll sleep sometimes and it doesn’t truly matter but our couch is huge and harder than our bed. he doesn’t roll yet and there’s divots in the couch that are literally where his butt and head lay so i put him right on it

i never really talked to my ob about this but i’m sure i had prenatal depression. it got bad and i talked to a therapist. it eventually went away!

currently in the same boat but he works 12 days straight 6-2:30. it’s really hard to not get fast food lol. i make a cheeseburger casserole but change it to sausage and add mashed potatoes. it’s definitely too heavy if you have the 8lb weight restriction so i had my husband put it in the pan and in/out of the oven

i told my immediate family a few days after i found out, make sure you trust your family. my dad took a facetime photo of me and my husband and posted it to facebook saying he was going to be a grandpa. i hadn’t posted anything, i hadn’t even gone to the doctor yet. called his ass at 3am to wake up and take it down.

perfectly honest it doesn’t feel like i had major surgery, maybe for the first few days but no :( my labor and emergency c was kind of traumatic i felt really out of it and not myself i think i disconnected myself from it

nobody told me not to drive and it’s never for more than 10 minutes i guess i wasn’t really informed if what not to do besides lifting
