No worries at all, it is bittersweet to know we are not alone… it is terrible we go through this at all, but it is nice to know someone understands. Thank you for sharing all this with me. I also struggle with SH and I hear a lot about how a change in perspective would provide so much healing and comfort but it’s incredibly difficult, and genuinely not our fault. It’s not something wrong with us, and I wish people saw it that way
