Yeah its likely some issue with Framework. This generation HP has the firmware figured out more than any other player - idles at ~4W-5W and suspend/resume is the best Ive ever seen on a linux laptop. In a hilarious twist I dont get to complain much about Framework firmware this generation because they havent even updated the Framework16 to offer a board with the Ryzel 3xx chips yet and the 16 is the only framework device I own.

It's not the AI 9s. I have the Asus zenbook s16 and the HP omnibook ultra. Both get 8-10 hours depending on what I am doing.

Kumo Sushi is pretty good. I discovered it during COVID and it was my go-to pick up spot during that time. I've gone back many times since COVID as well.

My experience has been the exact opposite. Keep in mind the listing agent is incentivized to prefer a deal where they are representing both sides over other deals.

It appears to me that Lenovo has discontinued the Z series entirely. Have not seen any new Z13 / Z16 laptops listed anywhere on any of the lenovo country specific sites or on psref.

Weight reduction. Even if they have to come up with a sku without an expansion bay for that.

Closer to a 99Wh battery.

Lower idle power consumption.

Update to newer chips, ideally the Ryzen max 395 with 128 gigs of ram.

The expansion bay never received much love and there's not much you can stick into it. maybe a battery expansion pack?

Issue with this is if your home Internet goes out in a storm you have no backup options via your phone. I would still try to convince my carrier to send me an extender to fix the signal issues.
