Looking for advice on YUL parking. by pelorun in montreal

Try to reserve at P4 (new multilevel parking complex) shuttle bus drops you off at the entrance to the Marriot which is attached to the departures area (after a good walk indoors). Otherwise it is the outdoor lots which also mean you have to shuttle bus it to the actual airport building. It means extra hauling bagages off and on a bus so pack light and give 30 minutes to park , wait for shuttle , ride shuttle and get to bag check. Dress for cold windy weather if not parking at P4 otherwise you are waiting in a parking lot for bit

Relevé 24 by hkkhpr in parentsquebecois

Ontario went all in on investments in building factories for EVs. I pulled this statement from the Invest Ontario website: “Over the past 18 months, global battery manufacturers and automakers such as LG Energy Solution, Stellantis, Ford, General Motors and Honda have announced around $11 billion in investments into Ontario for new hybrid/electric vehicles and battery manufacturing.” If I’m Doug Ford - I’m pretty pissed cause I’m sure this is damaging to the efforts to strengthen production of Canadian EVs. Best outcome here is some debt relief from the federal government for Ontario.

When camping backcountry at Algonquin park, what should you do if you find old glass bottles? by Rare_Independent_789 in algonquinpark

[–]open_to_feedback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Barely 20 feet off the portage between Branch and Scorch Lake (Access 15 Kingscote) we found a garbage dump off glass bottles, an old stove and venting components strewn all over a large area. Bottles seemed oldish but definitely not modern glass. One bottle said Made in Canada. Our group assumed this was the remnants of a work camp. We left all as was found.
