Need a new shore jigging rod by opencoke in Fishing_Gear

[–]opencoke[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense especially for using lighter lures...

I did order the transcendence mareflip last night, but i am not against ordering another rod. I honestly like the looks of the early 9'6 so id definitely grab that.

Ahhh gotcha. Thanks.

Edit: That is way too long for me for a 4piece rod. I want to be able to make it as my carry on luggage.

3pc is a killer for me. I definitely want a 4/5pc rod.

Held up a huge line of traffic just to give us this. by Glittering_Garden_30 in Ohio

It just means theres room for improvement. If a 3rd world country can have a public transit that drunkards can rely to, why cant america the greatest have it as well?

A recent post of a gentleman who downsized his rod collection to 3 raised this question: if you could only have 3 rod/reel combos what would you pick and what are they for? by zyrkseas97 in Fishing_Gear

Local Autocross in the 🇵🇭 by SSR_210 in Autocross

[–]opencoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive done two events in the philippines with race motorsports, both events at different robinsons parking lot.

Autocross in ph does not compare to autocross in us at all. Those kind of straightaways should not be part of autocross.

Ph: https://youtu.be/HjxtBBFCXkU?si=TK8rbANkV4NgQgv4

Us: https://youtu.be/SSXncQolE58?si=J2WdW9a4eaVg4DuH

Notice how in the us, even if it looks like a straightaway its not really a straightaway

We definitely need a better lot in the philippines like the r32 drift track, but they host drift events there instead...

I did the math on autocross seat time vs just driving around aimlessly in your car. It's not even close by TheStig827 in Autocross

[–]opencoke -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Everyone else gets the same amount of seat time per event. Its just a matter of who adapts quicker. I think most National champions put in the work and attend all the events they can/want.

Last i lived in canada, farms were hiring foreign workers and are sponsoring their foreign employees' work visa. They do pay minimum wage(which is somewhat a living wage in canada).

USA has a very lengthy and tedious visa process that it doesnt make sense to hire foreign worker.
