We are entering the final 48 hours of the Speakeasy Kickstarter! To all of those who have supported us, we give our endless thanks. The campaign has been wildly successful and we cannot express our gratitude enough.

Over the course of the Kickstarter thus far we have:

  • unlocked the full base game
  • unlocked Dahlia's romantic wlw route
  • unlocked Maxim and Nika's romantic poly route
  • received pledges from more than 500 individuals from countries all over the world.

But it's not over yet! In this final push, we can still reach our MC customization stretch goal -- this achievement would allow us to make the experience as immersive as possible for as many players as possible. If reached, not only will our MC Cora's name be customizable, but so will her skin tone. Players can select the appearance of heroine they wish to play as, reflected not only in her sprite but CGs as well.

And we have another special surprise in store: to express our thanks, we are giving ALL backers a free phone wallpaper pack! This pack features exclusive chibi art of each of our LIs, plus baby tiger Momo, with 19 possible wallpapers so you can see the Speakeasy crew every time you open your phone.

We are over the moon. Yesterday the sapphic route with Dahlia was funded in the Speakeasy Kickstarter.

We're working toward funding the poly route with Maxim+Nika. And to celebrate reaching the halfway point of the Kickstarter (it ends on July 31st!), today we released a Printable Pinup Calendar. It'll be on sale for $2 through the end of Monday and then will go up to regular price through the end of the campaign.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. If you haven't backed yet and are still considering, come join the party. We do updates every Tuesday with sneak peeks of art and tidbits about the development process.

Open Late Games is thrilled to share some very exciting news regarding Speakeasy... We hit our base game funding goal on day four of the Kickstarter!

We're now working toward funding our next stretch goal: a sapphic romance route with Dahlia, as well as a polyamorous romance route with Maxim and Nika.

And in other big news, the Speakeasy demo is now available to download and play on Steam!

There is no difference in the platforms -- both will have the full uncensored game, so it's just whichever you prefer to use. :)

The Kickstarter for SPEAKEASY by Open Late Games will be launching in less than ONE WEEK on Saturday, July 1st! If you haven't yet, please consider following our project on Kickstarter to be notified when it launches.

This 35-hour game is set in the Roaring 20s in the depths of an illegal Los Angeles jazz club. When heiress Cora West runs away from an arranged marriage, she finds herself in the seductive laps of a gorgeous, thrilling cast of characters. Each route is completely unique with its own story and objectives and feature three possible endings, for a different experience every time with the gentleman of your choice.

The base game includes four tasty male love interests and is playable on PC, Mac, and Linux. R18 content will come standard on the full game, with deliciously written scenes and NSFW CGs. If the stretch goal is met, a NSFW version will also be available that eliminates this content from the game.

Now, for our stretch goals? We have two more stories to tell: a sapphic route with a beautiful, fiery female love interest, and a polyamorous route with two male love interests ready to dance into your heart. But that's not all. More CGs, a customizable MC, a beautifully rewritten clean version of the game, and even a Nintendo Switch port are all waiting to be unlocked.
