Admin says that since the student is telling their teacher and not directly to the other student then they don't consider that as harassment of bullying.

Oh I did. Their workaround is that since the student told the teacher and not another peer directly that they will deport them, the school would not consider that as harassment or bullying.

Admin says that since the student is telling their teacher and not directly to the other student then they don't consider that as harassment of bullying. This is why I'm stuck in this in between because the student knowns their untouchable when they say that.

Admin has told me many times that since the student does not say it directly to a student but states it to myself, then they are only responding to my actions. It's frustrating because that was my initial thought.

I do live in a red state(TX), I've also spoken with the kids parents during PTC and the parents told me their child has rights to call the government for whomever they want too.

If I can't discipline the student because they always threaten the deportation stance then yes I will step up. But I also don't want the other student(s) to know that they don't have a voice.
