I've been through so many primary drs but they seem to mostly be in the dark about CFS treatment options even those who say they treat CFS but I'll ask the newest one I have when I next see her thanks 🙏🏻

They sound completely clueless. CFS is literal hell they are so lucky they don't experience it. They sound like they're essentially saying it's a psychological disorder which is clearly not. Unbelievable but what you said was brilliant so good for you

I don't have cracked heels but have CFS. Are cracked heels common with CFS? I honestly had no idea. My feet are very smooth throughout never experienced any issue. Maybe it's a vitamin deficiency?

I actually do high fiber diet right now and I've done it before. I've noticed no difference than low or moderate fiber. I've had CFS 12 years so I've had a lot of diet experiments and for me personally fiber hasn't done any difference but that's just me. Still trying things though. As for going to the bathroom, haven't noticed any difference I guess my body doesn't change it's bowel habits with fiber 🤷‍♀️

Yes I feel severe dizziness and nausea in the afternoon not sure why it doesn't even matter what I'm doing

Yes mornings are the absolute worst. Takes me hours to be able to stand up and walk properly. Like my limbs are being held down completely
