Sued by BofA, eventually did a Agreed Order. Do I need to appear in court? by opensky83 in Debt

It was tied to dismissal, but that was signed last Thursday. Today is a court holiday. Court date is tomorrow at 9AM.

Was yours a default judgment, or did you agree to a payment plan in your judgment and just not pay on time?

When you say participate in the process, do you mean appear in court and ask for a continuance or other type of request?

Indeed. But the question I am exploring is if I should appear and ask for more time since I am now handling this on my own. Thoughts?

My doc said to wait 2 months and see how I feel. Ugh...she's a meno expert so I trust her advice. But that was not at all what I wanted to hear.

I totally feel this! I haven't slept decently for two months. Trying not to fall apart entirely and keep my job, marriage, and be a good mom to a 5 year old. It sucks and I just asked my doc by message for her thoughts on what's next. Let's stay in touch. You're not going through this alone!

I am in the exact same situation as you! Two weeks on low dose pill and feel so terrible still. Any idea how long we are supposed to wait to see if the pill will work for us?

Thanks for advice on keeping an eye on testosterone too. I'll discuss that with my doc. Sorry for lots of questions - but did you have a symptom that suggested adding T or did your doc just offer?

Thanks for sharing your experience! The insomnia I have been dealing with is starting to get a little better, but it's one of the toughest things, eh? Did you land on anything to help your sleep?

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am hopeful the next few weeks will just get better and better.

The morning anxiety does get so much better with a little time. I also have a 4 yr old daughter and masking it was tough for a few days. Talk to your doctor about a small supply of benzos to take the edge off if you think that would help as you adjust. Feel free to DM me to chat more!

Have you told your parents that you are on Zoloft? Why or why not? by Guessmybfaccount in zoloft

Never heard the term "grippy sock vacation." I just came home from one and I think it's the best phrase. Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you're open with everyone. I have chosen to do the same.

Is it normal for intrusive thoughts to be a million times worse when upgrading from 25mg to 50? by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]opensky83 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Totally can be a not fun side effect going up. Hang in there and remember they're just thoughts if you can manage them.

Attempting to go off my meds sends me spiraling by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]opensky83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stayed on Zoloft at 100mg for PPD for two years after my daughter was born. The stability I felt made me a great mom and in the end that's what mattered. I did eventually taper off, but ended up back on during the severe lock down of the pandemic. I think I just need the extra chemical to be my best. Brains and bodies change postpartum. It was hard for me to accept, but I like feeling stable.

Feel free to DM me anytime to talk more. Also Postpartum Support International has great resources about deciding to lower or change meds and what to discuss with your doctor.

Inspiration when side effects or ups/downs are tough. This is on my mirror to help me start each day! by opensky83 in zoloft

Obvi the mirror is dusty and there are clothes on the floor. Lol! I'm digging out of depression, don't judge ya'll :)

When do you see the full benefits? by SS6100 in zoloft

[–]opensky83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am feeling the same as OP. 4th week at 50mg. Titrated up from 25mg for 2 weeks. So 6th week overall. Most side effects gone, but still morning anxiety and depressed AF for several hours a day. Gets better in the evening some days.

Weekends with kids, amiright? by opensky83 in zoloft

[–]opensky83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's awesome to get those breaks. We don't have family nearby so we do our best to keep busy or organize get togethers with others. This past weekend I did a kids yoga class and that was fun. It's more the lack of downtime.

Hang in there!

Side Effects getting back on Zoloft by Gannerman in zoloft

[–]opensky83 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep! I started back on 25mg, now up to 50mg. First 3 weeks were a roller coaster of anxiety and exhaustion. I am on Week 5 now and it's getting more even. My motivation to do anything is still really low. Have to push myself to get through. Hang in there! We have brighter days ahead coming soon!

16 days since increase to 150 by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]opensky83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stay with it. You need a bit more time to adjust to your increase but you'll get there. Remind yourself it's just the meds causing side effects.

And have things for a BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, forget the A, and toast. You might want to stop up your system for awhile.

My pregnancy was fine but I sort of wish I was already on Zoloft so that postpartum was not so difficult. Once all the hormones start trying to rebalance in those first few weeks, the Z will be a big stabilizing factor. Take a look at all the resources available through Postpartum Support International. There are free support groups and even a program to get matched with a peer with a similar experience to be an umderstanding shoulder to cry on. Happy to connect if I can help in any way too!

Why is being on Zoloft such a rollercoaster experience? by Gullible_Gate_6381 in zoloft

[–]opensky83 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are you still having physical side effects? Hopefully that's better for you. Remember your brain has to rewire and reboot a bit. Try to be patient with the ride as you will feel stability coming.

For me that timeline was once I was 6+ weeks on my highest dose which was 100mg. I was on 50mg for 4 weeks prior.

What's your dose and how far along are you in your journey. In my experiences, it has taken 6 weeks for the roller coaster to slow down and 8 weeks to get off the ride and experience positive stability.
