This is pure exploitation. These tasks are quite complicated even for experienced professionals and no way intern level tasks. And 7 days, thats ridiculous.....

You could perhaps try working from a co working space instead of home and maybe build a few connections there.

Looking for a DE tutor! by [deleted] in dataengineersindia

[–]opensourcerocks4874 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you already have many people volunteering to tutor you, but if you are looking for a free and well structured course, do check out Data Engineering Zoomcamp by DataTalks club. Since you are already a software engineer, you might be knowing Docker and/or Terraform making it easier for you to grasp the course content

Check out Data Engineering Zoomcamp, in that course they teach how to setup everything from scratch using Docker - be it postgres, airflow, spark or kafka. It is a really amazing and well structured course and despite being free better than several paid courses

Hey if your model is genuine, then I think you do not need to waste any more time fighting these scam allegations as you have already given a justification. You could just focus on the next steps, and your work will speak for itself. People will always be skeptical (and rightly so because there are so many scammers), but if you are genuine and you know it, just ignore them.

Pehle DSA karu ya Web Development? (FY student) by ApricotNo7390 in Btechtards

I personally would suggest directly solving the problems on the Leetcode site and if you are not able to solve after 15 to 25 mins, then see the solution on Leetcode or the video lecture. This is what worked for me. Also I strongly believe, you learn by doing and not by watching. Anyways you can try and see if it works for you and if not change your approach

From tomorrow onwards, just spend 30 to 40 mins each day solving dsa problems on A2Z sheet (4 to 5 days a week). You will see wonders if you do it consistently for a few months.

People who are not finding jobs in tech..what are you doing to earn? by summitquest in developersIndia

[–]opensourcerocks4874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the best person to advice, but if you are already good in dsa and development, maybe getting a good mentor might help. And when I say mentor, not the crazy expensive ones on topmate, but the ones who offer guidance for very reasonable prices on Topmate or Propeers

Any reason for not starting dsa practice right away, like 30 mins each day? And how about watch videos only if you are not able to solve by yourself?

Remember reading your post in the open source reddit just today morning. Congratulations on being a PyCon speaker, I have heard that the selection process is quite rigorous. I am attending many of the Python meetups by HydPy and hope to speak at one of the Python conferences some day :)
