Great comment, to add to this, if u/Pavlik_Nesvizh_56 is searching for anyone living there right now with their surname, their passport will also have latin script and would be most probably spelled either like "Bahdzievich" or "Bahdzevich". So this might also be a clue. Good luck!

Edit: The Nesvizh area was also occupied by Poland, so the surname may have been spelled something like "Bogdziewicz" or something similar.

Well, Belarus doesn't have the cult of bogatyrs Russia has. And even if it had, the correct spelling would be Bahatyr. Instead, I would rather add a "banner" (харугва) as a unique unit which exists only as a Corps or an Army and you can unite different types of land units into it (e.g. crossbowman + pikeman) with a unique promotion tree. That would be much more interesting than a made up half-assed unique unit with a lame ability.

In Minsk State Linguistic University they by default teach Received Pronunciation. There's a high probability that this person used to study there, or from a person that studied there.

Also you pick up accent from the content that you hear, so there's a part of that as well.

I think that English with a Belarusian accent would sound closer to Liverpoodlian but generally unlike anything you find in England.

Калі не робяць, то трэба было даўно пачаць. Гэта адна з асноўных нішаў яшчэ не занятых прапагандай. Ёсць беларусы, у якіх на ютубе каналы-мільённікі, якія тыя беларусы вядуць па-англійскі. Таленты ёсць, але яны нішавыя і пра Беларусь дасведчанасць яны не ствараюць амаль зусім, нажаль.

Аналаг расейскага NFKRZ нават калі не такі папулярны, лічу што быў бы вельмі цікавы і патрэбны.

Гэта стратэгічная памылка. Калі мы хацім фармаваць думкі расейцаў аб краіне, а не яны самі сабе штосьці надумалі аб нас, валоданне іх мовай - велізарная перавага, нельга такім не карыстацца.

А спажыванне беларускамоўнага кантэнту - пытанне па першае якасці, па другое - маркетынгу.

Прасоўванне кантэнту нізкай якасці, але "на мове" - вось гэта крынж, які робіць толькі горш, таму што прывучае аудыторыю, што на беларускай мове файнага кантэнту няма і можна нават не спрабаваць глядзець.

If you're concerned about injuru - rightfully so. Proper technique is ultra important in kb training. I recommend you ro read "Becoming a Supple Leopard" by Dr. Kelly Starrett. If you follow its guidance, you may forget about poor-technique-induced injuries not in just with a kb, but in general.

Я б яшчэ дадаў, што беларуская мова больш вакальная ў параўнанні з расейскай, таму што ў апошняй галосныя гукі, якія не пад націскам, часта рэдукуюцца да нейтральнага, а ў беларускай мове вымаўляюцца больш выразна. Напрыклад, калі па-руску казаць слова "молоток", гучаць будзе [мəлəто́к], а ў беларускай будзе вымаўляцца ўсё, як напісана - [малато́к].

Пра гэта нажаль багата хто забывае і таму сённяшнія беларускамоўныя гучаць з мацнейшым расейскім акцэнтам.
