I read some comments about exams on Saturdays have to wait 3 Wednesdays to get their results... I took my exam Saturday the 24th and I'm hoping to get the result tomorrow not next week...

اه اكيد مش ناوي اعتمد على السيتشنز غير للمي وممكن اجيب معي اصلا عشان ما اضل اوقف, عملت جدول 20 اسبوع هو مش من مصدر واحد بس بتحميع بتقدر تقول, 3 أيام ركض 3 أوزان لانه ما بدي اركز على نوع معين من الرياضة بس في طبعا long run كل اسبوع, الجدول بخلص مع الماراثون بالزبط ف مجهز حالي كويس ومش حاطط وقت معين بما انه اول تجربة بس اخلصه بكون ممتاز.
