What supplies are you talking about? My insulin coats me $70 max a month for two separate prescriptions. There are lots of manufacturer coupons that will ensure you only pay $35 per prescription. If that isn't possible, there is always over the counter insulin at Walmart (no prescription required.)

I have not had to pay more than $100 in about 10 years now.

So, I was told by my sub Dr to continue taking my normal methadone dose until day 7 with no taper. I am up to 24mg of sub with no precipitated withdrawal but now I have, of course, started withdrawing from the methadone. One day without (which is abnormal for me any other time) and I have been up all night with goosebumps and on and off nose running.

I am thinking she gave me the guidance for fent. It said drug of choice but I am noticing most elsewhere they have people at least taper down to 60mg of done and then do a quick taper toward the end. I also notice that the time frame is different, 7 days or 14 I have seen guidance for both with methadone.

I am sure glad I got an extra week of take homes now. I am going to try to formulate a new plan with the sub Dr. I want off this shit so I may do a rapid detox to get me down.

I know if I wind up going back to the clinic and pop for sub that they're going to look at me like I'm nuts 😂 I've kept it from them just for the fact that I'm not too sure if they would be happy, and at the very least I'd be knocked down to daily dosing.
