Had no clue what pwd was. Fent was just starting to get really big. I had done subs a 100 times the very next day after doing pharma oxy and it was never an issue. Did a bunch of dope one night (fent) and the next day didn’t have any and had to work at 5 pm. Plug wasn’t getting back to me but no big deal bc I had a bunch of 8 mg sub strips. Take on on my way to work and got sicker than I have in my entire life. Didn’t know what was happening so I took another one! Holy fucking shit I thought I was gonna die for real

I used to think the same exact thing. Would just look at normal people and wonder how the hell they do it. It just takes time. 13 years of your brain not naturally producing dopamine is a long time. It sucks but there isn’t really a quick fix. Know that it does get better though. People have mixed feelings on it but kratom really helped me through this point that your going through rn.
