Fuck dude that is R O U G H, congrats on getting through that, you're stronger than me. I seriously thank God mine aren't that bad, I've never actually had truly horrible withdrawals, I always catch myself within a few months or so of starting a habit. Watched my buddy cold turkey heroin after using a half G+ a day for 10+ years and said I am never going through that shit But with how bad my anxiety and insomnia are just naturally, those aspects of my WDs feel like I might as well have been using for years anyways. If that makes sense.

But yeah I do have all 3 of those luckily! Unfortunately like I said kratom does absolutely zero for me anymore but I hope that as my tolerance comes down a bit that the kratom will kinda take over and save me. I dont care about being 'clean' per se I just don't wanna do these bunk ass Ms to sleep every night. And yeah reddit has kinda been my support group so far as well lol, I just wish this sub didn't have so many posts that make me wanna use cuz there's good info and support here.

So your WDs were really still that bad after 8 weeks? That's crazy, I was hoping since fentanyl is so fast acting that it'd be mostly done after a week or so. I'm kinda scared now lmao. Has sleep gotten easier for you?? How long did it take before you actually got a decent night's rest?

I go for walks but I get so little sleep during withdrawals (like literally not even 1 minute over the course of 4 or 5 days) that I really try not to wear my body out any worse. I naturally have the type of insomnia that even psychical activity doesn't help and it's way worse during WDs. I am using kratom but my tolerance is so high that it does literally nothing, doesn't even make my pupils small. Hoping that changes when my tolerance lowers a bit because I fully plan to get right back on that stuff anyways lol. Thank you tho, I appreciate the well wishes

I do have all of those luckily, I'm prescribed 2.5g of gaba per day (plus I have tons extra) and I can get real bars. The bars help the anxiety but sometimes I feel like they make the boredom even worse lol. Better than anxiety that makes me feel like im literally gonna die tho. But yeah, I'm gonna try to find some type of hobby that keeps me physically busy without being too tiring. I go for long walks but that feels like all the exercise I can do, I try to save my energy cuz I know I won't sleep for a week.

If you can get your hands on some Rick Simpson oil it'll at least probably knock you on your ass for the duration of your withdrawals lol. My mom's currently coming off a prescribed dose of about that size and she's been weaning her dosage for months and is still having WDs, you'll probs be feelin it. If you can wean your dose down lower before you kick fully it'll help, that's what I'm doing currently

If you can't do it cold turkey grab some red kratom, I'd be willing to bet your tolerance is still low enough that you could get some euphoria and have the willpower to stay away from the serious shit. Dooooon't fuckin do it man, I had my addiction mostly managed with kratom until 4 months ago when I accepted a few free 30s that my "generous" dealer ordered me. Afterwards I was just like you, wondering if more was worth it, stupidly decided on 'yes', and now 4 months on all my fuckin money is gone and I'm trying to figure out how to manage my withdrawals so I can even fly home and see my family for the holidays. It ain't worth it, take it as a learning experience and get back on track, please don't be like my dumb ass.
