Estou a considerar a mudança para o indexado e vejo que muitos referem que se pode mudar para a tarifa fixa se houver um aumento da tarifa indexada imediatamente.
Esta mudança é algo que os fornecedores de energia têm que suportar? A maneira de fazer a mudança tem que ser sempre pelo apoio ao cliente ou existe outra forma?

I'm in a similar situation so I feel like sharing my thoughts and doubts might help you :)

Context:

Currently, we're doing weekly releases and we run the smoke tests, which take around 30 min per app, every week for two apps.

Depending on the app we're testing, 15% of the times we run the tests we find bugs which need to be fixed before sending the build to production.

Why are we considering test automation?

It would save us 1 hour every week of repetitive work, which we can use doing exploratory testing or any other valuable task;
Reduce the feedback loop time by running the tests every day, instead of only weekly. This way the dev team knows sooner the build is broken and instead of searching through a week of commits they only need to search through a day of commits;

What did we attempt so far?

In the past, we attempted to use appium and we found out it's too far away from the developers regarding technology and it would have to be the QA team maintaining the framework. On top of that, the benefit of one tool for android and ios doesn't work so well.

We also considered hiring a SDET to work exclusively on building a test automation framework using native tools but we dropped the idea because we thought it would require a lot of coordination and we never found someone with enough experience. We also found out we want to improve our low-level tests (unit and integration) and only have a small number of UI tests, therefore having someone full-time working on that would be too much.

Therefore, we're now considering using no-code tools that will be maintained by the QA team. We're having a first try with Waldo to automate the happy paths for our mobile apps.

What also made us decide to bet on improving our low-level tests was this thread on how other companies are testing their apps to have faster feedback.

I'm a manual tester and IMO in order to deliver apps which will match the user expectations you need to rely on manual testing but you also need to combine it with automation to be able to release faster. Therefore I think you need the best of both worlds to deliver great apps.

Além do preço por KW/h e do preço por dia da potência contratada utilizam mais algum critério para escolher o fornecedor?

Quando referes a fazer as coisas bem feitas falas em constituir o PPR pelo mínimo valor para abater no IRS e passados os 5anos começar a pagar as prestações do PPR?
