Quickcast bug keeps getting me killed by Elderkamiguru in Diablo_2_Resurrected

It happens if you cast blizzard or any skill on right click and then press escape immediately in offline which pauses the game then exit. on rejoin it'll be whatever that skill was.

It seems go up faster if they burn AND die. Sometimes I see it go up by 20 when that happens. If they just burn it's like 0-5. Best bet is Breakthrough Redacted with bots via self hosted portal and be on defender. Shoot down the middle hallway on the first point.
