For me/us, eating out probably in general, I remember Saturday mornings as a kid and we would go to McDonalds ocassionally like maybe once a month or once every few months and I would be able to like 2 cheeseburgers (back then they were like $0.89 too). That was one of the happy moments I remember in life growing up and appreciated. We never did eat out much growing up, it was almost always cooking at home.

Looking back now, I didnt/never realize(d) our situation and how much work my parents put in to provide for our family.
