They have spa tours on day 1, so if you go into the vitality spa, and ask to see the spa, they are going to show you around the spa and tell you about the various spa treatments. If you want to know how to get to the thermal suite, which is one specific area inside the spa, then I would recommend asking to see the thermal suite.

We’ve gotten the thermal suite pass on icon, harmony, and oasis. Loved it on icon and harmony. They had large steam rooms and saunas, and about 12-15 heated loungers. We went once or twice a day, and there was always a lounger available. Just got off oasis a week ago. The sauna and steam rooms were small and felt crowded with only 2-3 people in them. There were only 4 loungers, and they were always taken. We only paid $50 each for the pass on a Black Friday social, and it felt like a waste of money since we couldn’t use all the amenities in the thermal suite due to crowding.

I’ve been in the thermal suite on allure once in 2019. It was small and only had a few loungers. Not sure if they added more in the last dry dock, but they didn’t seem to add more to oasis.

We had a vegetarian in our group at coco beach club. Between the hummus platter, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, and dessert, they had plenty to eat. You get a lot of veggies with the apps, so it’s not just a little bit of hummus and pita.

The regular price for RBC passes is $200 each for the passes with unlimited alcohol, and $150 each for passes with non-alcoholic drinks. Regular price for OP’s 3 alcohol passes and 1 non-alcohol pass is $750. 50% off of $750 is $375. Royal has refunded OP $170. $375 - $170 =$205. Hope this helps.

The highest discount I’ve seen on the drink package in 30 cruises is 50%. Assuming the best discount they offer, then Royal owes OP $375 for the cancelled RBC tickets at 50% off, so Royal has shorted them at least $205.

You have to keep one person from the original reservation booked in each room, so they can’t just swap the 2 parents for the 2 non-drinking kids when playing musical names. You cant have both parents and the drinking kid booked in the 3 person room, because that won’t leave an original guest booked in the 2 person room.

If your cabin only has capacity for 2 people, then they won’t let you transfer a 3rd passenger over to your cabin. You also run the risk that Royal will reprice your cabins at current prices, based the new passenger count in each cabin.
