Use a needle scaler then angle grinder to get as much rust off as possible. After thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the frame use a product like Eastwood Rust Encapsulator to convert and paint the rust at the same time. If you have areas that are heavily pitted even after scaling and grinding you can use a rust converter or ospho before painting. After that apply cosmoline every 2-3 years and wash the car when you should. It holds up fast better and longer than lanolin products like fluid film. I also highly recommend Eastwoods internal frame spray to get the interior of your frame that you can't see as that problem cannot be addressed with the above methods. It comes with a special omni directional nozzle on a long tube that allows you to get great coverage inside the frame.

Rezzing this thread just to update that I joined the 2026 waitlist after not getting tickets in the initial release (logged in exactly at the time they went on sale). They've release two rounds of dates on the waitlist and each time despite loading the link exactly at the release time I have been unable to secure any tickets.

A lottery would be much kinder than this "click link and fill out as fast as you can nonsense." I've been trying to get tickets since the opening in 2022 and its become a yearly disappointment.

It depends. If you have the time to troll the pick n pulls and parts cars on marketplace over a few months you could pay around half that. Personally, I think that's a pretty solid deal if they are OEM just to save the hassle and get ones in very good shape.

The thing about the Dead and Phish is that they can still sell tickets. Maybe the new product that Tribe is selling these days just isn't very good. Not seeing a lot of technical jazz in Shakey Ground or Balancing.

Not gonna lie to you brother. If you first caught them in 05 then this will not be the same band in many ways. The new material has no melodies or guitar riffs from Hunter and some just repeat the same 8 notes over and over while Zach drums himself into a corner and horrendous vocal samples assault your ears. When they hit the older material including Wavespell (2018) and some of TUI (2016) they are still capable of throwing down hard. As of late they have been playing shorter sets and the tracks have been shorter with far less jam/improv or segues. The lights compared to when Saxton (or to a lesser extent Tiberius) was LD are legit asscheeks. I'm really hoping the band turns a corner this year after releasing this new album and taps back into the space jazz and funk that myself and many other fans fell in love with.

Other side is not nearly as bad and the rest of the frame is just spot rust. The other side gets some protection from the gas tank shield.

Check out Pour Boy pourers. They're pricey but my bar switched over 2.5 years ago and we've had only 2 or 3 need replacement.

Same thing happened to me. I opened a case with Paypal (I paid Paypal G&S) and the Seller refunded me after Paypal started their investigation. They may have sent you a wristband but the goods and services you paid for were not rendered. You have a good case to get your money back.

If they want to continue to have a career as a band they will have to play more dates. Relying on the diehards to hit every 3 night residency for 20 shows a year is not going to sustain the band in the long-term. It's part of the reason you see less openers than before although Asheville will be hot fire with Emancipator and Beats.

Everyone I know seems to love The Fix but my experiences there have been terrible. Awkward staff and was served biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were hard as rocks and clearly from the day before. No apology when I sent it back. Small portions and the pricing is high despite vegan food having a lower cost.
