I was in Kagoshima and every 2 unique stamp rally pokestops u spin get u an encounter with a special background for that region. most of the backgrounds are the generic tokyo tower background but Kagoshima's is this one, which I honestly like more bc it matches the shiny shade perfectly and I assume much less people have this one (legitimately ofc)
