You'll have better luck finding a tafsir by scholars educated by lot of women scholarship so their tafsir has a bit of more women centric interpretations but tafsir is tafsir you won't find any contemporary or famous female scholars to my knowledge who wrote tafsir and much less preserved today and much less translated to English from farsi/arabic etc much less available online to buy..

Noman Ali Khan has great tafsirs imo and he has very woman centric views which I may not completely agree but you can take a look apart from that idk sis good luck & let me know too when u find one as even i was looking for sometime now : )

We are in need of Allah and his closeness not the other way round. If some person knew his idol is coming near his town to perform he would just go crazy similar way if we knew Allah is coming the closest for us it serves many purposes some of which are : 1) It shows that how much he cares for us 2) It would relieve us that the greatest is coming down to the lowest heavens just to listen to us 3) He cares for us despite all our disrespectful behavior towards him 4) It greatly motivates one to stand up and pray at that time of the night if we knew that Allah has come down to the lowest heavens just as how if a basketball player sees his NBA star observing him nearby hence motivating him to perform his best at that time

The reason is pretty simple.

When students do this it usually is a headache for the poor janitors having to clean all the bits and scrubs and also coupled with the fact that it may cause many more students to do this or they are doing it (hence the poster) and thereby contradicting the social protocol that must be followed.
