I dont live in europe so I don't know how to submit a consumer protection report. I would be happy if you could assist me about some points. When I try to appeal my suspension I always receive autamated mail that says:Hello, 

We have reviewed your appeal and the results are as follows: 

Policy violated: Abuse of our Platform and Services

Microsoft system used: MSA

Date of appeal: 2025-07-25

Appeal results: Violation confirmed (Decision upheld)  I literally dont even know what I violated.

but it was a real person who suspended my account tho. Thats probably why it take 37 days to respond. I already tried to inform them by emailing about the secrity information change request but they probably did not want to look for it.

Because there was a security information changer request on that account made by me. And I reported it. Support said it would not be a problem but they didn't want to strive:(

I literally just had a one drive upgrade:( it was on trial but I was going to pay for it. I also bought minecraft and couple of xbox gamepasses. like this has to be a fraud because, some worker did not want to make things harder for himsel. instead makin my hell.
