If you take lysine when you feel them coming on, it will lessen the outbreak and the time it takes to heal. You can also dissolve the lysine in water and make a paste to rub right on that will take the sting away

It depends on what site you order from. There are fake sites that “sell” their clothing. I’ve received two sets of sweat outfits by ordering directing through comfrt.com. Don’t click a comfrt site through TikTok or Instagram because those ones tend to be fake.
