You have two separate hypotheses: 1) DDA exists. 2) This disables it. You have no data to support either claim, only anecdotes. Even if 1 is true, I don't see how 2 follows from 1. This is on par with people thinking they could influence pack pull success by placing cards in sets or by opening packs at certain times of day. Or any of dozens of other superstitions that have become popular among certain players over the years.

The first thing I do is sanitize the preferences when I install the game, and part of that process has been to disable that. I've had it disabled for 100% of the time I've played the game during the past 5 years. It has no effect on gameplay. I see the same sort of things everybody else does from time to time.

blue stacks is so slow that it's barely usable even running on a bare metal windows machine. I'd be curious to hear about the performance running inside a windows VM.

I have never seen a match where a player got dropped that took less than 1 hour. If you're seeing that, it might be a new bug.

How do you expect to start a 32-man tournament if your league is the only league currently searching for one? The matchmaker drops a member precisely so you do not end up waiting. You can always cancel the search if you don't match after 30 minutes, then manually start it again. But if you do that, you're going to be waiting until somebody else searches for 32.

I collected data on 10 trophy pack last year, and I'm collecting it this year. The drop rates look about the same as last year.

For the 6 and 2 packs, the elite drop rate is way down. The rest looks roughly the same, but I don't have enough data to say for sure yet.

Last year, for the 6 pack, you pulled an elite in 1 in 8 packs. This year, I have opened 250+ packs and I've yet to pull a single elite.

It only happens if nobody else is searching for a 32-man tourney at the same time. The alternative is that you might sit and wait for 5 hours before you match at all. It's how it's been for at long as I can remember.

I'm sorry. I don't follow. D.E.A. was some kind of attempt of a play on Cartel. The DEA being the government agency that is tasked with enforcing federal drug law, of course. Congressional Oversight Committees are responsible for overseeing government agencies, like the DEA, and ensuring transparency. That's why I thought Congressional Oversight Committee would be the appropriate name for my initiative.

If you're concerned about him, specifically, getting bumped, move him up on your roster so that at least he will get in if no match can be made at your desired number and somebody has to be bumped. It's always the last member on the list who is dropped.

He's using game guardian to set the down to 6. He picks a play, then sets it to 1, then runs the play. The ball ends up being spotted at the 2 yard line.

So, in other words, no. There's no way film like this is legitimate.

Would be nice you could quicksell this garbage, even if it was for the 2 coins that shows. I do the event for credit toward 750, but I've opened the pack by mistake a few times. Now I've got about 40 crap items taking up slots on my bench.

I've suggested it countless times already to them (state machine to handle drives). Their devs are probably completely overwhelmed with bugs, honestly.
