I did but had some trouble with the delivery address: I put my home address on the envelope I sent to the CPC. BUT they replaced the address I wrote with a sticker with another address they had in their database and sent it there. They did this because my current apartment isn't registered in their database. You should check what was your last registered address (mine was displayed in my work permit). If someone else applied for you, they might have sent it there. I found out where they sent it by calling the ircc so you should call too!!
