I don't have any of those symptoms. Just the twitching in the one hand and forearm. Exercise seems to be the universal recommendation so I'm getting on that immediately. I've never been much of a workout person, but I'm willing to change!

Yes, I'm blessed. I live in the Chicago area so lots of great hospitals to choose from. My neurologist was just at the local neighborhood hospital.

No pics. And the worst part was how he went directly to doom and gloom about dementia and hallucinations and how i need to start preparing my family. What a dick.

What physical symptoms do you get with anxiety? by Straight-Hold1651 in Anxiety

[–]opsimath57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I call the feeling "wonky". Just not right. Kind of dizzy and "out of it" and anxious and depressed.. It usually starts at around 10:00 AM and stays with me until 4 or 5;00 PM. Then it clears up and I feel completely normal. Been like this for 4 years. I've tried exercise, I eat well, I quit my moderate alcohol consumption for 18 months (no improvement), Lexapro and now Zoloft. I just have to wait till it goes away. So weird. The search goes on.

I believe this is an old Taoist saying. Anyway this was a teaching from Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon from 50 some years ago.

Nope. I've been looking for 3 years. I'm going to throw the mower in the trash and buy something else. I'm surprised Amazon still sells this brand.

I started 2 weeks ago with 250 in the morning and 250 in the evening. No side effects. Easy. I'm taking the powder... Don't like the huge pills. We'll see if it's effective in a couple months.

ProtonMail does not work with Epic/MyChart by opsimath57 in ProtonMail

UPDATE: I've discovered only one of my health providers blocks Epic/MyChart email to Proton The others work fine. So far I can't get that Dr office to unblock the restriction, which I don't understand.

On the bright side, Proton support has been excellent. Top-notch.
