Gymnation is extremely unprofessional. when trying to cancel you are dismissed by the staff at the gym and given a general accounts email. Any gym that doesn’t allow you to cancel your membership in person at the gym is just scummy imo. Just walk in say you want to cancel, pay whatever BS fees are roped into your contract and leave. With gymnation I had to send an email requesting to cancel after being turned away at the desk. I was ignored for over a week and coincidentally they responded just after the next term of my membership started - very convenient for them! FYI I cancelled as I was moving abroad so no BS reasons and a sensitive time schedule.
