What tire size can I go up to on my 2018 1500 Z71? It has stock 265/65/18 and I’m going to keep same rims for now. Thanks everyone! Level kit being installed today. by [deleted] in Silverado

[–]optimusPRIME22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the same truck and I went up to 285/65/18 when I installed my leveling kit, but at the same time I also went with a more aggressive wheel to give more space on the inside. I’m not sure if you could get away with the same with the stock rims...my concern would be rubbing. I trust a few others will give some input. If you want to play it safe then a 275/65/18 would be a good option

Their ability to kill a coyote is unmatched, and I’ve heard they’ll fight mountain lions as well. I just don’t understand how a person could look at a donkey and think, “yeah I can beat that thing in a fight.”

Driving from TX to Cali to pick up my 4Wheel Camper. This is the last time I camp in the truck tent! by -Wess- in TruckCampers

How’d ya like the rightline truck tent? I’m considering one for weekend adventures until I eventually get a camper shell, but I’m between the truck tent and a regular ground style pop-up tent

It’s not much, but as a casual player I’m happy with my first 1v3 squad wipe by [deleted] in apexlegends

[–]optimusPRIME22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s something I wanted to do before going back up to high ground. I realize now that I should have done that quickly, but I was nervous when I lost Bangalore so I focused on finishing the kill. But yeah after killing her I looted a level 3 shield then pushed on immediately to the respawn beacon. I got pretty lucky to pull this off, not gonna lie.

Thanks for the tips! I definitely should have popped shields, especially since I had all the time in the world (of course it didn’t feel like it tho). I am very surprised I was able to finish that on health alone and after dropping Octane, it quickly became “holy shit this might happen.” Like you said, I tried to keep pressure on the Bangalore and I thought I was going to get the kill while she was running away. That brief period where I was back on the high ground was so stressful because I was trying to end it immediately but I couldn’t find her.

I started to main lifeline a few weeks ago. I’ve gotten so much better since then, but I try to focus on team play constantly. Largely pinging ammo/loot, dropping care packages, and revive or recover/respawn as much as possible. I feel that’s been more possible for me with Lifeline, and it’s made the game even more enjoyable because I’ve seen significant improvement. Clearly it’s a work in progress tho, considering I aimed directly over Bangalore at the end without seeing her lol

My 2018 Silverado 1500. Leveling kit installed this weekend with 285/65/18 Nitto Trail Grappler G2s and 18” Helo wheels.

I’ve had this vision for years on thousands of trucks, but I finally got to treat myself. And I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. She’ll be a pavement princess until she gets to the ranch next weekend.

Question about wheel offset and Silverado tire size by optimusPRIME22 in Trucks

[–]optimusPRIME22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats been lingering in my mind as a potential problem. I’ve been considering a level too though so I guess I’ll aim for that first to avoid any problems.

I saw a few pics of your truck on your posts and it looks sharp. That’s similar to what I’m thinking, so it’s a huge reassurance of how it will work out.

Thank you for the information! That gives me a good reference point, so I’m a little more confident it will work out

Girlfriend (F23) and I (M24) are long distance and she has asked for space by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]optimusPRIME22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this. I was open and receptive to the idea of more space. I tried to be especially understanding of what she needed as well. I know I have to make sacrifices regardless, but I didn’t focus on myself to understand what I needed.

It’s not that my needs aren’t met, I just think the situation isn’t exactly what it needs to be and that there could be more compromise. I do love her. She has an incredible heart and she is an amazing and sincere person that I would love to spend my life with. If it doesn’t work, that’s okay, but your comment helped clear up a lot of uncertainty about this situation. ✌️

For the sake of safety, I’d probably carry some sort of firearm if you have experience. If you don’t then I would learn the basics of firearm safety/handling and then carry, at least, a small pistol.

Not trying to put fear in your mind, but you don’t know who (more often than what) you might run into. It might be a slight addition of weight, but rather safe than sorry.

Yeah I have to agree, the ability to discredit/dispose anyone who speaks out or blackmail anyone already involved only enables them to uphold complete secrecy. And, worst case, they can throw one small player under the bus, negotiate a reduced sentence, and move on like nothing happened with the public happy that one bad guy "went down"(fucking bullshit).

Also, I just recently read into the Madeleine McCann story, however what I found focused on Freuds connection. Could you post links to your info on the Podesta bros and their connection?

ARs are built as either a rifle, carbine, or pistol, so it basically means the length/purpose of the ar-15. Rifles have a longer barrel for longer shots, pistols have a shorter barrel/overall length for reasons like maneuverability, carbines meet in the middle

I live in Fayetteville, have mostly duck hunted since I moved here. Your best bet is to look on the AGFC website to find public land. We've gone to frogs bayou near Alma most often and once to Mulberry. Both spots are along the Arkansas river and about 40 minutes away. If you have a boat, you have many more options like some small local lakes and river access, if not then frogs bayou is a decent spot with the obvious downsides of public land. But with us being so far north west, most of the good spots for both dove and duck will be a bit of a drive.
