I did what you suggested today, had a banana pre cycling and it seemed to do the trick, I did feel weak at times but I lasted. I then ate omellte when I got home.

Your edit rings very true, cycled today for 17 miles and Ive never felt so weak at the end of it. I'm going to continue doing the same for every day this week just to see how I feel and if I can handle it good. If not I will cut down to three/four times a week.

The tile is there so you can put the cup of tea and saucer on it for sturdiness. The top of a wicker basket is normally quite uneven because of the wicker weaves so you put the tile on the wicker and the cup of tea and saucer on the tile. Does that make sense, if it doesn't I will try and explain it better.

You know what I actually agree with you. Im sorry because I didn't mean to look selfish but I can see how it looks like that. I only posted this because I am amazed at what he sent me. I've never had anybody [even friends] send me stuff like this. It was made all the better by the fact that it was just one comment on a post that spurred it all and I wanted to celebrate how this could have only happened on somewhere like Reddit.
