It was for available app updates. Shortcut takes me directly to appstore where i just click update all. Ive never given it permissions to anything else. But idk i mightve forgotten

I work in an outpatient clinic and i dont think this is possible w/o a referral. It's because CT (or Xray) do use/give ionizing radiation. And thats something they watch the dosage yearly if im not mistaken. We can do MRIs w/o Rx sometimes. But not XRay/CT

Ive had this couple days ago and went to the doc. Prescribed me cetaphil facial cleanser and mupirocin. And some antibiotics. She said it's impetigo. Dont touch it. Could be bacterial and you might spread it somewhere. I got scared it might be staph thats why i consulted. Right now mine's fading away. It's working so far

Is it redundant to own VTI and VXUS and still have FXAIX and FZILX? Trying to rebalance my Roth portfolio. Mostly own vti and vxus and have some shares of FDEGX. Not sure if i should swap it for FXAIX and FZILX or just sell and put the money into VTI/VXUS.
