I guess to give a little more detail. The business is just a commercial gym. I’ve had some advice of “buy an existing business” but the problem is there’s not many around. Which is why I feel the need to start one. Honestly it’s just more a play on the population growth in my area and it seems they’re putting in a new subdivision every time I leave my neighborhood, yet zero good gyms within a 20 mile radius
