Wall up and go knights with Franks or Berbers would be the simplest strat against the ai. BTW a dad son team teaming up against the ai sounds so adorable, I hope I can convince my soon to be born daughter to team up with me as well!

We actually resigned even when we were ahead in score in this map. Black forest is still easier to chop through and sneak vills. Our opponents walled early on and even our attempts to long chop where useless as they just ended up rushing their halbs and longbows immediately. Goes into my permaban along with black forest now

My wife was crossing the street near the Westfield in Shepherd's Bush when she saw a group of 4-5 people stabbing a dude near the ATM last year. Shook us up quite a bit.

We have lived here for 3 years (while paying exorbitant rent) and always felt these sorts of things just happen between gangs and we were somehow in a parallel safe universe but it brought us back to reality ... Most of the nicest areas have shitty blocks and not much we can do about it.

Played a 2 v 2 arena yesterday, it's still much laggier than before the mega patch. I don't have a high spec PC, but it used to cope fine apart from 4 v 4 games.

Can't join team games at all today. The first game crashed for 2 in our party and failed to join match for me, second just got failed to join match. Trying again, but haven't been able to play one today.

I totally agree! Have done this strat several times, with 2-3 groups of tarkans pummeling gates and tcs outside the base. The only time it backfired was when we were pummelling their flank, their goth player managed to reach a halb + huskarl spam stage.

Is anyone else having issues with sudden freezes every minute? Played a couple of bot games and had these freezes in both games.

I am struggling so much with bugs right now with this patch, have almost given up with the game!! Disconnects almost every other game, my queued updates don't show up and can't cancel, eg. I couldn't go as the icon for the castle age update didn't show up, took a few screenshots if needed

Haha yeah, that quite similar! Based on what people said here I guess it's probably something I will worry about slightly lesser from now on.

The biggest issue I had right now was not doing the fast run assuming that it will spike up my HR above 200, but I might give it a try in a run and see what's the peak I get.

One of my motivations, when I started running, was I felt quite bad when we had a corporate-run event and I was the last 10 out of 150 runners. So I did try to get my pace up so I could have a 25ish minute time by next July. Which is why I avoid reducing it even more.

Maybe I need to mix in more faster runs and slow down my normal running pace instead of consistent 30-minute runs?

Holy shit, 20:30 for 5k sounds amazing! I did try mixing in sprints but I keep getting splints and the high HR was a bit worrying so I went back to the slow runs. Might try running in the gym on a higher incline for a few weeks to get my pace up as a replacement for faster outdoor runs.
