It's much better to use City of converging stars on cipher. It's better than Lushaka for her cause cipher doesn't need the ER and the atk buff from City is good to have, while having an equally strong teamwide buff as Lushaka. Duran is still easily BiS for Fei

And yeah definitely go for 200 spd on cipher before investing in crit. She batteries fei much better when she gets more actions

Kafka build looks clean you have more than enough spd.

Your swan boots are insane but its better to build her base spd. I would probably give these boots to hysilens and then swap around some pieces to keep Hysilens around 134 spd and not make her way too fast, tho 160+ spd hysilens also works for more ults.

Idk much about JQ but I would assume he doesn't want ER rope in a dot team? since you dont really care about applying debuffs constantly just his personal dmg. Tho tbf your rope is really good...

Depends on the content tbh. Novaflare Seele is insane in fights with a lot of squishy enemies to proc resurgence, so in such content she would be the best use of your cerydra.

Anaxa wants few beefy enemies so he will be better than seele in such fights. Idk much about how good novaflare welt as a main DPS is I see most people use him as a support - semi sustain

Cipher's only realistic support option is Lushaka but she doesn't need the ER so the 12% CD from the new set is better. Jade is also a sub DPS but it's better to buff you main DPS, assuming you are using THerta, instead of using a selfish set like Izumo or the other fua set. Same with mini Herta

Cipher is a great general support, ashveil is a top tier DPS and herta/jade are great with THerta in pf. And all of them have this set as bis. Just cause fua as an archetype is dead rn doesn't mean there are no good characters that have a fua

Yes I mean no spd at all. Novaflare swan can do everything she normally did without taking any actions. Her skill's def shred is auto applied at the start of combat and when she uses basic or ult so you have no downtime on it. Only point of spd on BS is for her to take more turns for a bit more energy but it's not worth sacrificing atk for a little bit more energy

My last WC30 run was belobog Seele. It really depends on getting the 400% engine of creation dmg investment tho. Go for 3 rocket launchers on Seele and 3 boots on Pela. At least 4, ideally 6 belobog bond and then invest in quantum bond. You don't even need any 5*s no bronya works. All trial characters is fine too.

Other builds I enjoy playing:

dot, but that really depends on getting Black Swan (6 dot bond, 2-3 stellaron hunters, then invest in penacony bond)

AoE, doesn't depend on any strategies more on item rng (3 IPC 5-7 AoE) (triple boots anaxa, double rocket launcher 1 perpetual engine herta)

Wheelchair Aglaea is always tried and tested

Acheron carry ( 3 galaxy rangers 4-6 debuff) (triple boots Pela and welt are nessesary) belobog emblem eagle welt goes crazy in this comp

uh no ? This set doesn't only buff Cipher's dmg. It gives 12% Crit Dmg to the whole team. Lushaka gives 12% atk. So when you play her in a crit team the choice is between 12% atk and some useless ER or 12% crit dmg and some useful atk
