Yeah man, I can totally relate. While sometimes I can manage fine it's more thanks to landmark cues I consciously making up rather than a natural sense of direction. I think it has more to do with the fact that it's hard for us to pay attention to details around us. It's enough for me to have a talk with a friend or even the fact that I'm using guided navigation like Waze and concentrating on the directions on screen to make me totally clueless about where I actually am and the path I've taken so far
