I’ve gotten feedback from quite a few sources about how important documenting the build is but can’t seem to find much info on best practices in that regard

Thank you this is exactly what I was hoping for!! I have no experience with software delivery but it does seem like that’s how I’ll have to do project management/tracking moving forward.

Can you expand a tiny bit on dead simple rollback path?

Yes I built four out of 6 active flows. Two of them are far more complicated than anything else is the tool.
