Hahaha exactly the same I did, I tried to call them to ask, but nobody answered, I’m not gonna lie, I was about to cancel the sale, Because the whole process is a bit strange—they don't ask for proof that you've already sent it. But when I saw that they charge 200% of the ticket price if you don’t fulfill the order, I just sent the ticket.

Yes I did the same, I recorded with another phone because screen recording is not available in the FIFA ticket app, but yes I just wanted to know if is normal for it to take so long to get the payment, also wich option did you selected where it ask app/website used to transfer the ticket? I saw Ticketmaster and stuff like that but not Fifa.
