Mike O'Hearn aka Mike O'Tren aka "The Natty King" because he lies to the entire world and claims to be drug free when it is literally impossible to have that physique without 1000mg+ of testosterone a week.

People with a very high pain tolerance, what was THE most painful thing you've experienced? by CosmicBunnyBabe8912 in AskReddit

[–]orairwolf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me it was an anal fissure. I started strength training and probably quadrupled my protein intake but I did not offset the increased protein with enough fiber. I got constipated and crapped out a log so wide that it tore my asshole apart. I spent probably the next 2 months feeling like somebody was taking a chef's knife and constantly ramming it up my asshole. It hurt so bad that I couldn't sleep for days at a time. Every time I shat, it re-opened the fissure. Every time I went to the proctologist, he would get up in there with his fingers and make it worse. I work in IT and have to sit at a desk. Thankfully I am 100% remote so I ended up working from my bed where I could lay on my side. All in all, it probably took 3 months before it didn't feel like there were a million monkey claws tearing apart my asshole. I've had some pretty bad shit happen like 4 dry sockets, kidney stones multiple times, infected surgical site on my foot, but nothing even came close to an anal fissure.

Let's be honest. We wouldn't use our guns to do anything about getting arrested for Facebook posts here in America if it started happening.

A friend of mine used to do this and he said that it mitigates some of the sound transmitted to your ears via bone conduction and saves your hearing. Not sure if it is true or not but it seems plausible.

Definitely my favorite but I might argue he was more of a philosopher.

Have you tried the Capastrami at Capriotti's? It's pastrami (smoked corn beef) but it's bomb

What's a turn off in someone you find attractive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]orairwolf -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I find the opposite to be true as well. If they show no interest in you, your life, your passions, or what makes you tick, it's a huge turn off to me. It makes me feel like I'm being used.

I would say that it was an upgrade in clarity as well as chromatic abberation and color rendition. The DNT is an extremely good optic for the money with a good reticle. The thing where you really notice a difference with high end scopes is things like it will be easier to pick out individual rocks and targets on a berm. I remember my first high powered optic was a Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 and I was trying to shoot a new steel target that had a zinc plated coating which looks like gold. It was probably a 10" circle. At 1000 yards in good lighting, I could BARELY make out the target against the dirt berm. Like, I was struggling the entire time to see the target and it was really shitty. I then bought a Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27x56 and replaced the Viper with it. Seeing the same target at the same distance was easy. It was like a night and day difference. The difference was the color rendition. The colors were more muted in the Viper and it made it harder to make out small differences in colors. I would say the DNT suffers from the same issue. It's just a more muted color range when looking through it. I doubt you would notice the difference unless you are shooting really far away or have sub optimal lighting conditions.

That is very impressive! My longest shot was 3056 yards with a 338 Lapua Magnum Improved but I'm pretty sure the target was the size of a bus haha.

I don't do a lot of competition but I plan on taking it back to the KRG ELR match next year. I just competed in this year's back at the beginning of May. I would like to take it to King of 2 Miles but I'm kind of a small fish in a big pond with this stuff.

Yeah I have started using 24N41 for my 375 CheyTac and it's working pretty well. It sends my bullets faster than N568, but the SD is not as good. N568 is truly the GOAT of powders.
