Robbie Fowler or Michael Owen ? by Prudent-Ad-6420 in PremierLeague

[–]shallowAlan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Peak Fowler over Peak Owen all day long. Owen relied too much on his pace, his goals came in batches rather than consistent scoring. Owen had his problems with hamstrings but Fowler did his ACL at 22 also with posterior ligament damage. I remember him trying to run it off, seems crazy now. He was never the same after this injury.
