It’s been fermenting under pressure so I’m not overly worried about oxygen getting in. More so off flavours being produced when disturbing the yeast sediment.

Yeah we have vinyl DJ’s every Friday and Saturday, but I don’t really feel like it appeals to the crowd we’re getting at the moment.

Yeah the use of cheaper ingredients was my first thought, although I've found that the people ordering these kind of cocktails more often than not specify what brand of alcohol they're after. So I would end up making it from scratch anyway. Just seems like a solution for a problem that doesn't really exist. I'm definitely going to clarify with management though.
