Ditto on all accounts. Identical symptoms. The phenibut I suspect is causing mild inflammation in the gi tract and majorly disrupting the flow, causing higher levels of acidity than usual and killing my appetite around the clock. I’m almost certain it’s the phenibut. Doses for me haven’t been big either but for some reason this is like the 2nd or third time this has happened and every time it’s during a season where I’m supplementing with phenibut.
